ICF Slalom World Ranking Race Prague - Troja, Czech Republic
Dear Sports Friends,
Czech Canoe Union is pleased to invite you to take part at the ICF Slalom World Ranking Race on the river Vltava in Prague - Troja, Czech Republic.
We are extremely excited to host this event. Having proven high level experience from organizing of the top world ranking competitions accompanied with a very high degree of media exposure, Czech Canoe Union is ready to prepare and conduct this event at the highest possible level.
Czech canoeing is ready to welcome all National Teams for the training and the competition and we hope that ICF Slalom World Ranking Race held on artificial slalom course in Prague - Troja will bring to you a lot of top sport results but also another dimension like Prague's historical monuments and culture. We are looking forward to see you in Prague.

We will invite additional entry to maximum boats 80 in K1, 60 in K1W and C1, 25 in C2 and 20 in C1W.

ICF Slalom World Ranking Race will be run in accordance to the ICF Slalom Racing Competition Rules.

There will be live coverage by Czech TV for all final races.
Entry fee
15,-EUR per boat
Official Training
Free official training in groups on slalom course in Prague - Troja for all participating teams will be organized from Wednesday 17th June till noon Friday 19th June 2009.
Training during the year
Training on the slalom course is possible during the whole year. It is necessary to respect the right of priority training of the local club members and the training schedule, which you can find on the website in pdf format (http://troja.kanoe.cz/rozpis.pdf) or posted at the course. If you want to be added into the training schedule you have to make reservation via e-mail Tato e-mailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty. You need to buy pass (1/2 day, day or annual) at the reception and have it visibly placed on your boat or helmet. Time controlled (payment) operation is from April to September 8:00 - 20:00 and from October to March 9:00 - 18:00. Table of charges for training at the slalom course is also available on the website

Athlete's Village
There will be a big tent for meeting, work and relaxation of the athletes. Toilets and showers will be available on the designated places in the boathouse.
Boat storage
Boat storage racks will be placed at Athlete's Village.
Security
Security service will be present on-site 24 hours per day from 19th June till 21st June 2009.
Internet Access
Wireless internet access will be available at the boathouse and in part at the whitewater course.
Access pass and parking
Free access pass and car parking near the boathouse will be guaranteed for up to five vehicles per country.

There is the official partner and provider of accommodation prepared to help you with your lodgings www.euroagentur.cz. Accommodation discounts for Participants and Guests of 2009 ICF Canoe Slalom World Ranking Race are available at a number of local providers.
