The Judges are expected to come on Tuesday 1st August, 2006. On this date there is Opening Ceremony in the evening and the Organizers would like to invite you to participate in it. That’s why your accommodation has been booked for from this day.
BOARD and LODGING
The Organizers have arranged free Board and Lodging for all nominated Judges (both foreign and Czech) in the Student Dormitory, which is nearby the course (distance about 1,5 km), from Tuesday 1st August, 2006 to Sunday 6th August, 2006.
We hope that all of you will join us so we could provide you a sort of comfort being all together. You can enjoy the company of other Judges and have fun after your all-day hard work. You will also meet the Czech judges there who you will be working with during the Championship so you will have an opportunity to get to know each other better.

As mentioned above the accommodation for accredited judges is free.
There are always two 2bed-rooms with common facilities: a kitchenette (small refrigerator, table cooker, no dishes), a bathroom and a toilet. Please note that the accommodation is in a student dormitory so they usually have their own utensils.
Washing is possible – there are about 5 washing machines in the building – you will have possibility to buy a washing cycle (no washing powder or fabric conditioner). Unfortunately there is no dryer.
- Possibility to extend your stay
If you want to come earlier or stay longer it is possible to extend your stay in a dormitory or book another room for you family, friends, etc.

Please be aware that all those extra expenses will be charged to you. Unfortunately credit cards are not accepted, therefore all the payments are possible in cash only.
- Board
You will be also provided with free meal during the Worlds: breakfast and dinner in the dormitory’s canteen, lunch at the competition venue.
Opening AND Closing Ceremony
- Opening Ceremony will take place on Tuesday 1st August, 2006 in the evening at 9 p.m. in Krizikova Fontana (about 2 km from the student dormitory) and the organisers hope that you will participate at it. The transportation by bus for all Judges will be organised to take them to the Opening Ceremony venue. The bus will leave at 8.15 p.m. from the parking lot nearby the student dormitory. The transportation back to the dormitory will be provided, too.
- Closing Ceremony will take place on Sunday 6th August, 2006 at about 4.15 p.m. just after the Award Ceremony for both individual and team categories.
Accreditation
Accreditation for Judges will be organised at the competition venue near the Boathouse on Wednesday 2nd August 2006 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. You will get detailed information on your arrival.

Closing Ceremony – at the same place.
The schedule is provisional for now and can be changed. You will be informed about all possible changes during our meetings. Each day there will be probably as short briefing after the end of event.
Transportation to the competition venue
Each morning starting from Thursday 3rd August, 2006 the transportation will be provided by bus from the dormitory to the competition venue and back in the afternoon.
Social evening for judges

Uniforms
You will be provided with a smart uniform and the organizers kindly ask you to wear this uniform during the whole time you will be working as a judge. You will obtain them during accreditation.
