The first qualification round of K1 men won by Walsh

Campbell Walsh from England won the first qualification round of K1 men in the ICF Slalom World Championships 2006 in Prague-Troja.

Grzegorz Polaczyk from Poland had a second fastest time among 113 competitors, the third place after the first qualification round belongs to Daniele Molmenti from France.
