Dear Sports Friends,

Czech Canoe Union is pleased to invite you to take part at the ICF Slalom Racing World Cup on river Vltava in Prague - Troja, Czech Republic.

We are extremely excited to host this event. Having a proven high level experience from organizing of the top world ranking competitions accompanied with a very high degree of media exposure, Czech Canoe Union is ready to prepare and conduct this event at the highest possible level.

The slalom course was completely rebuilt after the flood in 2002. The new part of boathouse in Whitewater Centrum in Troja is already opened. World Cup race will be broadcasted live during two days, and that is why we organize race this year during three days. This coverage is the result of cooperation between the Organizing Committee and the Czech National TV which has a long experience from broadcasting of different disciplines of the sport

Czech canoeing is ready to welcome all National Teams for training and competition and we hope that ICF Slalom Racing World Cup 2007 held on artificial slalom course in Prague - Troja will bring to you a lot of top sport results but also another dimension like Prague’s historical monuments and culture. We are looking forward to see you in Prague.
